The third annual Senior Hiring Event is expanding in 2019! Graduating seniors from 10 Rutherford County high schools will travel to Blackman High for this year’s event on April 2nd. Students will have resumes in hand and be given the opportunity to pre-apply, interview, and be hired for your job openings on the spot!

Space is limited to the first 60 companies that register. There is a limit of 2 representatives per company. The deadline to register is March 8, 2019.

To participate, your company or organization must be actively hiring on April 2 and acknowledge that your company will support Work Ethic Distinction and recognize the National Career Readiness Certificate in order to continue building a work-ready community here in Rutherford County.

Direct hire employers only – no staffing agencies will be permitted.

Participation is limited to employers located in Rutherford County. If additional spots are available after March 22, employers from companies outside Rutherford County may register.

Complimentary lunch will be provided.

• Include a link for students to pre-apply before the event! The link can be included within your job description.
